Return / Exchange Policy – Winter Sweater Store


At Winter Sweater, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a simple and convenient return policy for clothing items purchased from our store. Please read the following policy carefully:


  1. Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are allowed once only.
  2. ⛔️⛔️ Returns are only available within Saudi Arabia ⛔️⛔️
  3. Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, including the original packaging, tags, and labels.
  4. Custom orders (products imported specifically upon customer request and not available in-store) are non-returnable, as they cannot be resold.
  5. Return fees include 30  for processing + 15  for shipping.
  6. If you’re exchanging for a different size, the fee is only 15  for sending the item back and 15  for shipping the new one to you.
  7. To request a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram.
  8. For exchanges, please message us on WhatsApp with all exchange details in a single message. This helps us avoid missing any request.
  9. (Include: Your address – Item to exchange – New item requested)
  10. Alternatively, you can visit our store for more details.
  11. Once we receive and inspect the returned/exchanged item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–12 business days, or the new item will be shipped in case of an exchange.
  12. The shipping time for exchanged items is 7–20 business days after we receive the item from you.
  13. Please note: return/exchange requests are handled gradually, and processing may take up to 14 days due to queue-based handling.
  14. To avoid any confusion or inconvenience:

  • Shoes cannot be exchanged due to their special packaging.
  • Caps and pants are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Only clothing is eligible for return.
  • Bags, wallets, and other accessories are non-returnable once opened, as they cannot be resold.
  1. Children’s items and tailored/custom pieces are excluded from return and exchange.
