Shipping Policy – Winter Sweater


We understand the importance of providing high-quality products and excellent service to our valued customers. At times, some items may be shipped from our factory in another country. Please note that this allows us to offer you a wider range of options and greater product variety.


  • Delivery time for some items may take up to 20 business days.
  • Some orders may be delayed by a few additional days due to customs congestion.



Order Not Delivered:

If for any reason your order is not delivered, you will receive a full refund — your rights are fully protected with us.




Delayed Delivery:


We do not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. While the estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier holidays, high demand seasons, or delivery to remote areas.

We appreciate your understanding. Order cancellations are not accepted, and by placing your order, you agree to the store’s terms.


We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in neighboring countries. If your shipment is damaged or rejected by customs, a full refund will be issued.


However, in cases of delays caused by slow customs processing in neighboring countries, we hold no responsibilityas these are out of our control. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued, as the shipment cannot be returned to us.


Please note: Customs delays are rare, and typically occur during major sales seasons. They are more common in Kuwait and Bahrain.

UAE and Qatar customs usually process shipments smoothly with no delays.


Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.



Additional Information:


  • In rare cases, customs fees may be applied by your country.
  • Delivery may be completed via a link in a text message from SPL (Saudi Post Logistics). Any message not labeled from “SPL” may be a scam — please be cautious.
  • In some situations, the customer may be required to pick up the order from the Saudi Post (SPL) branch if the courier is unable to reach you or if you don’t respond to delivery attempts.

⛔️⛔️ The store is not responsible if the customer fails to respond to the delivery representative, leaves the package at the post office for more than two weeks, or ignores customs payment notifications from Saudi Post. ⛔️⛔️

The store also does not bear responsibility for customers not reading our shipping policy, which is clearly outlined on both our Instagram page and our website.

By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions, and refunds are not permitted once the order is placed.
